Cuándo llegue quede encerrado en el elevador por 20 minutos y cuando hice el checkout todavia estaba fuera de servicio

Older building good service, no complaints
Publié le 18 juin 2023 sur HotelsThe room was clean and comfortable, older hotel, could use some maintenance/updating but everything was functional. Room was a bit musty but that’s to be expected with an older building. Would stay again with no hesitation.

The elevator was inoperable, the spa tub was filthy, had to change rooms tv didn't work. Was offered a first floor room because elevator was inoperable, but at a $100 3 night increase. Why can't these things be found out B4 a reservation, manager didn't care, aloof.

No elevator had to ask staff a few time for pillows and tv didnt work when we got there

There was nothing I liked about it. When I arrived, they gave me a room with one double bed on the 1st floor. I told them I had paid for a King sized bed. So they moved me to the 2nd floor. Elevators were not working. They advertised free hot breakfast, no such thing.
The bathroom had pubic hair and a hair strand in the shower stall before I even showered. I couldn’t sleep; because I was not satisfied. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends!
