CNN hotel
The management must love CNN, because it's on both TVs in the breakfast rooms and is the default channel on your hotel room TV. This is a good hotel for the money. I did not get good cooperation from the manager with a refund of the 3rd night. He said that I should have booked directly with him and did not understand the advantages of using Hotels.com. He made it difficult to get the 3rd night refunded, telling me that the 3rd party charged my credit card when it was not. This hotel charged me in the first place. So I went back to Hotels.com (the 3rd party) for no reason. My advice: Please be more accommodating to your guests, and less combative. Thank you.

Hotel is not clean and i could see old doors. Bathroom never have room freshener or exhaust fan so to avoid smells. I never recommend anyone to stay there.

BED BUGS!!!!! I woke up with them crawling on my bed by my face! I have over 50 bites and had an allergic reaction. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THAT NIGHT!!! They also had the nerve to say no one has ever reported bed bugs before. Looking back at their reviews, we found two additional reports over the last month and I imagine many more. My colleagues staying in another room saw them too. They should be shut down and fumigated!
