RUN- as fast as you can !

Window had a film of dirt on the inside. Curtain had a big beverage stain on it. Cockroach next to a nickel on the floor. Refrigerator top was dirty & a fly came out when I opened it. Dried up orange food residue on bottom. Floor wasn't swept clean from last resident. When I pulled up in front of room there was a man sitting on the curb with his "suitcases" aka grocery bag's next to him. Made my dog & I very uncomfortable. I was in the room about 4 minute's before I said "No way can I stay here". Just disgusting ! Still charged me for the 2 night's I reserved it for. Highway robbery !

You expressed that the uncleanliness of the window, floor and refrigerator, the pests you encountered on the floor along with the other concerns you highlighted hindered your experience. This was truly disheartening to hear, and we do sincerely apologize. Please know that our Red Roof team works with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. I have notified the property management and the operations director of your comments so they can work with the specialists to ensure everything is as it should be and, in an effort, to address your billing concerns. Room was dirty there was a bloody fingerprint on the bathroom door . And they won’t give me my deposit back and all I did was sleep there over night I didn’t even have luggage it was just so I wouldn’t fall asleep driving so I know I didn’t break anything.
