Really not okay
I usually stay at the Super 8 in Grapevine, but knew that I would misconnect so wanted to be able to walk to a restaurant and a gas station. I'd stayed at the RRI in Irving, and wasn't impressed. But this time I booked a 'suite,' and it was awful. Truly awful. Thank god I needed to spend only 5 hours sleeping. I will not go back. The Super 8 is perfectly fine, and the people working there actually care about customer satisfaction.

I was assigned a smoking room without my consent. Had to keep the door open for any fresh air. Blood smudge on bath room door and another Blood smudge near hangers. I wondered if something happened in this room.

Disgusting! Moldy, cockroaches, dirt/grime/stains everywhere! If it weren't late at night when I needed to sleep and had no other options I would have asked to switch rooms or gone to another hotel. I selected this hotel because they listed a complimentary airport shuttle upon request, but they took half an hour to answer their phone leaving me waiting for an extended time at the airport outside late at night, and upon the shuttle's arrival I was greeted by a sign indicting that drivers are paid mostly through tips and was harassed by the driver for a tip, making the shuttle not so "complimentary" after all. I can't believe I paid for this place and I can't believe they're still allowed to remain in business!

The place is a pig sty I would not let my dog stay here we did not stay. The windows were filthy the place stunk. I should be reimbursed this place is the worse place I have ever seen
