Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. After reading this review, I personally checked your room and found the ac unit in need of servicing. We have since replaced it with a new more efficient unit, and the humidity levels are under control. Thanks for letting us know. We hope to see you again in the future. Have a nice day.
