Other than staff giving us the wrong rokm and having to carry all of our luggage back down to get the right toom, the hotel was very nice and well located.

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsI asked for a crib on my special request and still, when I got into the room there was nothing when I called they were rude about it. Another the sofa bed had no sheets. Nobody came to my room to clean it.

It was beautiful and it was very close for shopping mall
Also it was very quiet.
The only things is the reception was not friendly and felt too cold

The hotel was nice, but the front desk staff didn't have a clue about the hotel. Is there a hot tub? "I don't know, i don't go back there." Of the 2 rooms we booked, which is bigger? Quieter? Nicer? "I don't know. I haven't seen them." What do they serve at breakfast? "I don't really know. Breakfast stuff." Maybe during the next front desk staff training they should have a tour of the hotel?

Nice hotel. Great restaurant. Bathroom is a bit weathered but overall nice property.
