Incredible Home w/ loads of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Ping Pong and Cornhole set up in the garage. Spa heated between 645-10pm every night. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, Full lux bathroom, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. Separate Room upstairs set up with XBOX ONE gaming system & games, chairs. Yet another Room set up as a YOGA Studio with Mirrors, fan, TV w/ Yoga DVD's and Yoga Mats. We are right across the street from a gorgeous park with walking trails & lake. Just 2 blocks away from a grocery w/ Starbucks and less than 1 mile from the local YMCA where you can get in a workout if you wish. Dozens of Restaurants in our area to try and very convenient to I30 for access to downtown or other areas of Dallas. Come and stay a while! Excellent location!
This property is located away from the traffic and crowds of DFW. The home is within walking distance of many necessities (large Kroger, pharmacies, fast food, etc.). The home was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and large enough for our group of 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and a child. We would definitely use this home for another stay!

The house is fantastic. It has everything you would need during your stay and then some. The owners of the house are quick to respond to questions. The house was extremely clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. The linens are soft. Everything was perfect!

Perfect for Family Christmas
We live in Rockwall and needed a large space for family traveling in for our family Christmas celebration. There was more than enough room for sleeping as well as a large kitchen and living area for us all to gather. The “kids” had a great time with all the game tables and video games. The privacy of upstairs allowed them be a bit louder without bothering the adults downstairs. We will be using this property again for future family gatherings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Rockwall. The check-in process was very easy, the home was spotless on our arrival and the host was accessible and responsive. The house worked great for our group of five adults and one child and also easily accommodated our local family members when they came for dinner or to play. We look forward to returning to this house again.

Lovely place!
I held a retreat for my remote team to all come together for a long weekend to connect and relax. This place was excellent! Everything was super clean and the place smelled good. It was so much larger than I imagined it would be and it was a great size for 8 of us. We could have easily had a couple more people comfortably as well. The backyard was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were awesome! Communication with the hosts leading up to our stay was great. They were super helpful and responded very quickly. Highly, highly recommend!!

Amazing Getaway!
We stayed here for our annual ladies trip, and it was a great and clean home! The location was perfect. We are part of the boat club at Lake Rockwall, so this home was very convenient. Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The host was always very prompt and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We spent an entire day in the gorgeous pool!

Great place to relax
My family stayed here along with some family friends. We had a total of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood was really quiet. The host was great and answered all of my questions promptly. It's super close to a Kroger that has a Starbucks as well as a deli inside which made it really easy to grab a snack without having to drive a long distance. If you are looking for a place to just hang out and relax this is a great place to do it.

Good Times
Our family traveled from CA for a wedding and this home was wonderful to stay in for us. It had more than enough room for all 11 of us and plenty of fun games and a POOL! It was particularly hot the days we were out there so it felt great being able to jump in the pool to cool off. Ryan and Roxy were great hosts! I can’t wait to come again!

Our family loved our stay! Our boys enjoyed the game room and of course the pool and hot tub. The locations to the sites we seen was perfect so nothing was a far drive but we were still in a peaceful location. Spring getaway
We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The upstairs playroom / bedroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a game room with an xbox that worked great for our crew, along with a retro arcade machine that was a lot of fun too. Located in Rockwall, close to shops and restaurants downtown and just across the street from a nice walking trail, this house is on a quiet street easy access from Dallas but almost felt like it was in the country. I would recommend to anyone, it was the perfect oasis for our family to get some down time and enjoy each other.
