Quick weekend birthday
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPictures are dated or filtered but still nice not. Issues with upstairs air on one side communicated with staff EVERYDAY still had an issue. Never was told how to use the cinema room (issue with no volume) hot tub has an odor and could use a cleaning. Issue that of broken drawers and bunk beds were there when we arrived and then questioned us about it after. I even paid for the insurance so I don’t know why text were even sent. Lots of questions of what we were doing and during what times and if we were going to have other guests.
Honestly was nice to have us as a group but doubt I would do it again.

Our maintenance team has fixed the A/C settings, and our cleaning team has performed a deep cleaning of the hot tub. We ask questions prior to booking to ensure our property aligns with guests' needs and expectations. We regret if this process felt burdensome. We apologize if we were not able to address the audio issue in the cinema. This has been resolved after your checkout.
We sincerely appreciate your comments and will surely use these to improve our services for a better guest experience.

GREAT stay!!
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future.
My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp.

Great family reunion

Large clean luxury home in the country; close to the city
Publié le 25 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayI stayed in this house for a week with some business colleagues that traveled from Asia. The house was perfect for our business retreat. It is spacious with several common areas and a large patio and yard. There are many extra touches around the home that made the stay nice. We cooked in the kitchen and grilled out by the pool. The cleaning fee seems high but in fairness the place was very clean. It's 5 mins to Starbucks and convenience stores, 10-15 mins to McKinney and Allen. We enjoyed the solitude of the location and the convenience of being close to everything.

Beautiful, clean home.
Publié le 28 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property is amazing. It was super clean. It has everything you could want. The swimming pool is sparkling clean and we used it everyday that we were there. It also has a game/theater room that was great. I cant say enough great things about this home.
