The elevator is not working. The staff doesn’t help with the card for taking elevator.
The breakfast paid when booking the hotel but they will ask you to pay extra for breakfast buffet on site.

The hotel is really nice and clean. They also have friendly customer service. BUT, this is our 2nd stay here and we had the same issue the last time we were here. The AC!!!!! There was very light air coming out from the vent, even though we set it to cold temperature. So we didnt really had a good sleep. Room was hot and we were sweating the whole time until the morning we woke up. 😔 I really want to like this hotel, but they need to change there AC!
