We poured a lot of thought and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom -
Each bed has a new waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets, fluffy pillows, and 100 % cotton sheets.
We have four bedrooms in total.
Master bedroom - a king bed and two twin beds
Guest bedroom #1 - a queen bed
Guest Bedroom #2 - 2 twin over twin bunk beds
kids' bedroom - 2 twin beds


Bathroom -
New toilet seats; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels, and shower towels. All of the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure. We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body Wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.
We have two and a half bathrooms.
Master bathroom inside the master bedroom - a walk-in shower and a tub
Guest bathroom - a shower/tub

TV in the living room -
65" smart TV with a complimentary Hulu account. Or you may log into your own account for other streaming services.
However, we do not have regular cable TV service.

We have foosball, a PS4 game console with games, and a poker table!
We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing. The list is still growing and we will keep adding more!

Keurig Duo coffee maker to make a pot or use K-cups which we provide!

Great home, location, and layout
We stayed with our family for our eldest daughter’s wedding about 4.5 miles away. The house was perfect for our family size and needs given we needed a bit of space to finalize last min decor details as well as have hair and makeup professionals temporarily visit. The gameroom was a hit!

Great Place for Family Stay
We traveled to Dallas for a sports tournament and the house provided our family with great space and a place to relax between games that was better suited than staying in a hotel. It was very spacious and comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. We would stay here again.

Gamers Unite in Lewisville
We are an online gaming group of 12 plus years that gets together ever 2 years to play tabletop. From D&D to Pathfinder to Lancer and RPG boardgames. Lots of table space and room for us. Excellent home with gracious space. Host was absolutely awesome.

Beautiful home with lots of space!
I really enjoyed our stay at this home. Grocery and fast food were just a 5 minute drive. Home is close to the freeway. Modern decor and updated appliances. Plenty of bath towels, extra pillows and blankets. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because of the cleaniness, up keep and comfort of the beds. There were a lot of holes in doors and broken pieces of walls and baseboards. Lots of broken accent fixtures throughout the home that had been glued back together. There was a broken accent piece on the dining table that could cut someone if they reach over it, not paying attention. The floors had been swept, but not mopped. There was tons of dust under the master bed. Not good for someone with asthma or allergies. Master bedroom has very comfortable mattresses, but all twin mattresses upstairs were hard and uncomfortable. Coffee was not restocked. There were broken kitchen utensils. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper and the rolls were not fresh. Some had been half used. No paper towels and only 1 dry towel (no wash cloth) in the kitchen. There was a bag of chips behind the TV in the game room and trash on the stairs. Nice deck, but no furniture. Theses things did not ruin our stay. Just a concern of how well disinfected the house is after each use. Would definitely stay here again if these concerns are addressed.

Really nice location and property!
All around wonderful stay! The location is extremely safe, close to major roads for access and the property itself was super clean and just as pictured. We had a traveling party of 8 adults and had plenty of sleeping space for everyone (in their own beds too). We had no complaints whatsoever and would most certainly return to this exact property on our next trip to DFW!
