Surprised and disappointed

Second time staying here. First time was great but this time. Water didn't get hot and no shower gel. I didn't not complain about the shower gel because I had a bar of soap. There's no complaining about water. One pot in the kitchen. I thought I could cook something but no.

If I could make it a ZERO STAR I would have. Please look at the other Google reviews before you go there! What ever that is at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that racist. Can't believe all the negative reviews, that person is still employed there. A wonderful area, but a discusting drug infested hotel. NEVER go there. No matter how cheap it is

My peace of mind

The stay was overall great, there was no noise, no bugs, and room was very clean. There were a few things that were off putting like the saftey latch hook was not secured, one of the couch cushions was not the same of the other, burn mark in the comforter and recliner was broken.
