I was initially nervous when we were greeted at the front desk because the lady with the head scarf wasn’t very friendly. However, I decided not to judge the entire staff based on one encounter. It pays to be patient and nonjudgmental when arriving from the airport because we are overstimulated and need to check in and regroup! The remainder of my stay, the staff was caring and professional. Customer service is hard to come by, but we definitely noticed the staff was on their game! We visited several hotels before choosing SpringHill, and it was the excellent customer service that made us reserve our stay. We made the right choice, and all seven days were amazing! We traveled with children and requested our room to be cleaned each day, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Upon leaving and packing the kids in the car, a gentleman at the front desk came outside to remind us we forgot our flowers. So kind! We are using SpringHill as our annual visit from Florida to Dallas until we move to the DFW area! Thank you for the hospitality!
