I would stay again.
Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment and building were beautiful, but the experience was marred by miscommunication and a confusing check-in process. Despite confirming the suite was on the second floor, it turned out to be on the ground floor, with some differences from the advertised photos (e.g., paint and furniture). However, the layout and quality were similar, so it wasn't a major issue.

The main challenge was the app-enabled lock system. Instructions were unclear, leading to difficulty accessing the building. The host assisted remotely, but a video tutorial or in-person walkthrough would have been helpful. Additionally, the host seemed unfamiliar with the property, incorrectly stating there was no shorter route from the garage to the suite, which we later found ourselves. Additionally, we were informed to leave the key upon check-out even though we only had the app enabled key lock.
The host, Raquel was nice, responded quickly, and tried to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe, though a car is necessary for getting around. Overall, a nice stay with room for improved communication and guest support.

Went in blind- but learned to like it

Would probably book again.

Disappointed

I booked and paid a month ahead of time and myself and my family arrived from another state, by plane and still did not hear from anyone. I called a few hours before check in time and finally got to speak with someone who told me the listing was being cleaned and that check in information would be sent to my phone 30 minutes before check in time, which was 3p.m. Check out time came and went and I called 10 times with no answer. I ended up having to call VRBO about being stranded with my family in a state we had not visited before. My husband was furious and tired, I was stressed and tired and our son was tired and just wanted to sleep. The VRBO representative was amazing and stayed on the phone until she was able to get some movement on the listing about our missed check in. We did not get into the listing until almost 2 hours late. My husband was in the process of looking for another place for us to stay. Once we finally got checked in, the common areas was fine but the bedroom was not clean and bedding was nasty, with stains, make up and hair. No one offered partial refund but with the fact we had to go to Walmart to purchase towels, wash rags and bedding just to sleep in the bed, I will not use this again.

Prepare ahead for the nightmare check-in
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOther than the check-in process, this is a good VRBO. Location is good. The place is spacious enough for 2-4. The garage for parking is safe, if not a little hard to understand.
But the check-in process was a nightmare. I think easily remedied. However, I would not expect a remedy. So instead plan ahead. Give yourself extra time. It took over an hour. It was just miserable.

Excellent apartment
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cleanliness of this location was meticulous. The vaulted ceilings are gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are new and clean. Loved the balcony and we would stay again.

Would not recommend for family stay.
Publié le 6 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMinimal kitchen dishes, glasses and cookware. No Kleenex or washcloths. If you have personal car you will most likely have to park on the street. We never were able to find visitor spots.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 5 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for a pickleball tournament in Rockwall. This was a perfect stay for us! Great amenities and the host company was excellent at communication. Very quick responses! The property was very clean and had plenty of room for the three of us.
