Hotel vetuste

L'hôtel est vétuste. Il n'y avait pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et une fuite d'eau. La porte de la salle de bain c'est bloquée qu'il a fallu ouvrir avec un trombone. Au petit déjeuner, il y a 4 tables donc pas assez pour tout les clients, il faut déjeuner debout. Point positif, la navette fonctionne bien et le personnel est aimable.

Super close to the airport! Staff at check in was fine. Breakfast was typical with some big Texas shaped waffles. Clean, quiet. Quick overnight stay with a shuttle at 730am back to the airport, worked out perfect.

The front desk did not believe that there was no hot water. Questioned me several times, before I finally had to leave for my plans. Noisy bed, had to listen to my neighbors all night long.

I booked this hotel because it offered a free airport shuttle. After waiting for the shuttle at the airport for a long while, I called the hotel only to discover they didn't have a driver, so there was no airport shuttle. They refused to compensate me for the Uber ride or give any discount on the room rate. Then, the hotel smelled really badly of mildew. The beds sunk in in the middle like I was in a big hole. The pillows were terrible and lumpy. There was nothing fresh to eat for the continental breakfast, only waffles and fruit loops. I don't have anything good to say about this place.
