Charged extra on top of online payment as booking fee which was never mentioned anywhere during booking.

La alarma de humo de nuestra habitación empezó a sonar a las 5:30 am y salimos asustados con nuestras cosas al lobby y le dije al recepcionista y dijo que no podía hacer nada hasta que el de mantenimiento llegara a las 7:30 de la mañana. Entonces me hizo el check out a las 5:45 de la mañana en día domingo.

César, gracias por informarnos sobre esto y no lo recomendamos; sin embargo, puede desenroscar la alarma de humo y luego desactivarla o apagarla en la parte posterior del dispositivo para una solución rápida, pero tenga en cuenta que no Lo recomiendo y sí, lo correcto es esperar a que el personal de mantenimiento y el personal adecuado resuelvan el problema, pero si tienes prisa siempre puedes desenroscarlo y desactivarlo desde abajo o llevarlo a recepción y nosotros puede encargarse de ello por usted. Perdón nuevamente por las molestias y gracias nuevamente por la oportunidad de servirle.

Extra fee for 3rd party booking

Be aware! I was told that since I booked through a third party, I was being charged $20 extra, and was told to book with them directly.

They charge you a $50 deposit at the time of check in, which is not disclosed when booking. They then check the room in the morning prior to check out and return of deposit. They also charge you an extra $15 (nonrefundable) at the time of check in when using a 3rd party app like Expedia. They do allow early check ins, however, they charge an extra $10 per hour. They have no plugs to connect cell phones. The manager advised me to look for a "spare" outlet or "just inplug something". No visible outlets so I would have had to look behind something. Overall I would not rebook again.
