We loved this hotel! Perfect for everything. Staff was amazing. Installations were perfect with the outdoor places to relax during the day and at night with a drink. Recommend for sure this place! We even extended our stay of one night to enjoy the place.

Love, love, LOVE staying here. It actually looks like the pictures. Gorgeous property to stay at. We love the spacious and comfortable rooms. The pool is beautiful. It’s very convenient for concerts at the Toyota Music Factory. We walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s our 3rd time staying here and look forward to coming back.

Great Place to Stay for a Concert

The carpets in the room and hallways were stained, the bathroom plug couldn’t handle my curling iron on the medium setting, and the layout is a little confusing. I would have preferred some maps in the rooms/hallways to show me where the ice machine was. I did enjoy the staff as they were incredibly kind, and seemed like genuinely pleasant people. I also think the pool and location are unbeatable. I wound stay here again, if attending a show at the Toyota Music Pavilion in Irving. It was a short 5 minute walk with a few street crossings, but I felt safe on the walk there and back. The valet was still outside after dark, making me feel even safer. I would like to recommend a few additions: offer something other than just beer at check in. Cider, seltzer, and/or wine are all great options. Also, consider adding a zero sugar soda to the fridges instead of just one diet option. A Coke or Dr Pepper zero would have been my preferred choice.

Both times I came to the property there was no one outside at the valet stand. This wouldn’t be an issue except there’s no parking close by other than valet when you need to unload your luggage. I ended up waiting around for 10 minutes, gave up, and just took one of the luggage carts, unloaded my car, and gave my keys to the front desk, which they said was fine. The stay itself was similar terrible since they had their fire alarms blaring off and on for hours all morning.

Excellent boutique hotel experience. Very clean, great vibe. They even give you a beer at check in :) Audrey, the server and bartender at the tequila bar was fantastic as well!

The hotel was right across the street from the convention center. The cantina was lovely with great food & drinks. The room was very nice. Perfect for my event at the convention center. We could walk to Bar Louie. I should have just used Uber instead of renting a car as there was no need for the rental car. Awesome unique property that everyone loved.
