This is not a four-star hotel. The A/C is loud and wakes you up during the night. Water pipes bang during the night. The closet has two or three hangers available. There is noise in the front rooms from traffic on Hillcrest Avenue. Service in the restaurant was poor. Lampshade had hole in it, was hung crooked, and the light bulb was burned out. Furniture was unimpressive. Have been twice billed a "property amenity fee" and have no idea what this is. Over priced and overrated. Will not stay there again.

The lack of parking, & "expensive" valet only option is not what I preferred traveling for work. The staff worked with me on this which I appreciated after a very long day. The location is fantastic. Very good food options driveable within minutes. SMU campus across the street...also very handy. I highly recommend the breakfast from the on site restaurant. Loved that! If work brings me back here Ill definitely consider staying again! Thank you.
