Stayed here for two days before heading to Spain and Budapest. Out of other 5 star hotels this was the best luxury hotel.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable as usual, the staff were attentive and helpful. The 2 things that were an issue were the loudness of the music at the pool and the replacement of a door and frame on the 5th floor two doors down from us that took 2 days to complete. The banging and drilling was very loud and relentless and we had no prior warning about it.
With regards to the music played at the pool, I was talking on the phone before it started up for the day and actually had to finish the call as the person on the other end could not hear me. As this was durning the week and there were only 3 people at the pool it would have been much more pleasant if the music had been softer.

great for family. the only negative was tuve construction around the pool but certainly will be even better when finished. loved it . amazing workout facility and spa

The staff made this one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had away from home. The turn down service, the room service, opening doors for guests, just their willingness to please you and make you feel like royalty. I am so grateful for their service.

Wonderful Hotel
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HotelsOur stay with the Ritz Carlton Las Collinas was so enjoyable. The property is beautiful and the staff was so willing to go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasure. We will be staying at this hotel when we travel to Dallas.
