Everything from the check in to check out process, the staff and ease of services are outstanding. The room was very neat and comfortable. Fearing’s restaurant was amazing.

Hate when hotels charge a resort fee (this is a city hotel not a resort) and then give it back to you saying you got a special credit for the restaurant.

Loved the vibe here! In classic Ritz-Carlton style, as you walk into the hotel, you can breathe in the aromas which are very unique to each hotel. Then you hear your favorite Rolling Stones song piped in overhead. The staff was so friendly and the food was distinctively prepared. The bar was a nice rest stop after a day of tours. The weather was unsettled so the patio was not open. It looked like a great place to gather with friends!
