The only good experience of us staying in this hotel was the front desk people they were very professional unfortunately Hotel didn’t meet the expectations. Elevator didn’t work. It was noisy dirty. We had to use stairs the whole time because elevator didn’t work for over two days.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI understood the elevators were out because of work being done on the facility, but I didn't expect management and service to be so non-chalant. My complaint was acknowledged with a discount on the full price of my stay.

For this to be a Hilton property along with construction being within 3 years, I would expect everything to be in tip top shape. But to arrive and only have one room available, which was on the fourth floor and to top it off not to have an elevator working so I had to carry everything up flights and stairs, was unacceptable.

Wonderful staff that were super accommodating! My room was on the 4th floor and they moved me down to the third due to all my luggage. Helped me carry luggage up and down on arrival and departure! Bed was so incredibly comfortable! It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend them!
