We had a terrible experience with the front counter lady name Alicia. We had made reservations to our church's guests. There was some mixed up with their rooms. When my guest tried to explained, she didn't allow them to explained and kicked them out of the hotel, even when there was a night that we had paid extra. Terrible experience.

Everything was good until we checked out. On Expedia, it says checkout is at 12:00 pm however Tru by Hilton said checkout was at 11 am. The front desk lady on Sunday morning on 9/29/24 was very rude about this. It was not our fault that there was miscommunication about our check out. She was so rude and gave horrible customer service. Would not return because of her.

This hotel is the worst ive ever experienced! The staff is rude and unhelpful. Theres bugs in the room and the staff could not care less. We changed rooms because there were multiple bugs in the room. We found a baby cockroach in our bed in the second room. and when we called front desk she said we could switch room's again. We told her we already switched rooms and would just like fresh sheets and pillows. She said she didnt have access to the maintenance closet and all the staff had gone home after 5. Though we didnt feel comfortable sleeping in that room. We packed our stuff, went down stairs and asked about another room only to be told theyre booked anyway. At that point i just wanted a refund and find another hotel. Hyatt next door was way cleaner, more professional, and around the same price.

I showed up for my reservation on September 27, 2024 and was told my room was canceled by hotel.com.hotel.com did not call to tell me that my room was canceled nor did the hotel call to tell me that my room was canceled. Even though I booked through Hotels.com, I fail as a business. I am your customer still at the end of the day and you all should have called to let me know that my reservation was canceled. Because now I will probably never use Hotels.com again, but then your facilities won’t come up in mind because you know I think you don’t care for your customers. But then the young lady and the manager was not friendly delivering the news like I was bugging them so you guys can brush up on your Customer Service skills as well. I will say that the facility was clean looked very nice. However, the Customer Service will probably not allow me to come to your facilities again.

Did not appreciate the smell of Seman on the towels. Also, soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers were hard to squeeze. Good breakfast and location. Easy close to restaurants.
