Our first time staying at Virgin Hotels and now we are sold! We LOVED every aspect of our stay! From the services to the staff, everything seemed tailored uniquely for us. We will only stay with Virgin Hotels from this point forward! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everyone was great but the housekeeping staff. They never did our room or gave us fresh towels. Both Saturday and Sunday we came back from being gone all day to have a post card on our doors that said they didn't do our rooms since we had the do not disturb sign on our door. We never had the do not disturb sign on our door. This is what made me rate your hotel poorly. Everyone else was great!

The pool area was great, as was cleanliness and service. The room was really nice and spacious. The room service was a KNOCK OUT- so good!
