Our last night was a nightmare. There was a fire alarm across the street that was non stop since AM and it was so loud it wouldn’t let us sleep. Obviously nobody reported it to the police or the fire department. When we complained this morning at the front desk the guy dismissed it completely and he just limited to say he had just started his shift. Careless and indifferent! I’ll never stay there again!

The hotel was under construction so it was less than a luxurious stay, from a lackluster check-in to the entire stay. It felt like I was in a construction zone. Not my typical W experience and not worth the $$$ I paid.

The location and accessibility to the American Airlines Center was the biggest factor in my choice of this hotel. The price is way more than I would normally pay but I wanted to be within walking distance of the Usher Concert at the American Airlines Center and be safe walking to and from the concert. The biggest negative of my stay was the room temperature did not really cool off during the 24-hrs I was there. This made sleeping very difficult. If it would have cooled off more/better, this would have been well worth the money for one night. The lighting in the bath area was off and the distance to the mirrors over the sink made it difficult to put on makeup but I managed. The location of this hotel was what made this stay good for one night.

Great choice for our short stay
Chose this hotel because of its location across from AAC. Superb staff, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and common areas. Valet parking was smooth even with several cars arriving at once.
