Disappointed Reservation

My significant other and I came in late and planned a late check in. When we arrived we called the late hours help desk, which was just a lady behind the desk with the window locked. As I explained we had a reservation, she told us there is no room. When I explained we had booked this earlier, she firmly restated that they are full and did not have our room. She proceeded to tell me to go get my refund. Which I am trying to do but the help service has not answered any calls all weekend.

Internet was down and they could not check me in. I prepaid for the room. The staff was not empathic and offered no suggestions or compensation. I was needing to get ready for a wedding. I was late to the wedding because of this.

Paid for a room and it charged md but then when i arrived they told me no rooms available so i never got to stay there and i paid for no reason. I want a refund pleasee and thankyou!!
