disappointing
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HotelsWe had booked a room with a king bed and got a room with a very small double bed. Which is not ideal for two and even less with a baby (which we had indicated when booking). The mattress was also of poor quality, as a result we slept very badly. Also the photos showed a window, we only had two small skylights and no window at all in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the food quite good, but overall we were very disappointed, especially for the price paid!

Hello Jean-Philippe, We're disappointed to receive poor feedback.Please do ensure you book a room suitable for the number of guests in your party. The room selected certainly isn't suitable for two adults and a child, hence you cannot book a standard room and cot. Adding the child in the messaging system does not entitle you to a free upgrade. Personnel très sympathique. Lieu agréable et chambre plaisante. Seul hic, le canapé lit très inconfortable. Petit problème de douche qui a inondé la salle de bain mais ce doit être exceptionnel.

I stayed here for a night with some friends. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. Parking was ample. Would certainly recommend you stay here if in the area.

Nature, at the top of Loch Awe, walkable to the Dam on Ben Cruhan and near the hidden-in-the-mountain, (Think James Bond) electric plant that offers tours. On train line that goes from Oban to Glasgow, transfer a few stops sooner to go up to the Great Glen, Fort Williams and the like.

Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a nice stay. Have to say the bed was rather uncomfortable though. If you got to close to the edges it slumps. Small room but perfectly adequate. Its a nice area. Had a small picky dinner and drinks the night we were there. Very enjoyable. Skipped breakfast so cant comment on that.
