The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses were really hard.

Just a normal stay. Not great, but not terrible. Pool didn't look as if it had been open all summer.

This was a horrible experience! We got into our room and there were two huge cockroaches. I went and asked the front desk to refund me and she suggested a new room. I agreed (hesitantly) and she gave me a smaller room with less beds! I told her the room was too small and I needed 3 beds (party of 6) and she said well you have to pay for another room. Refused to discount us on the stay. Extremely rude and wouldn’t accommodate to try to help at all. She should Have at least given us a discounted second room at Least! But no, told me if I don’t want to pay with zero discount to checkout and get a refund. So, we did. We went to another hotel across the street. Do Not stay here because they find roaches acceptable and customer service is terrible.

The cleanliness was so bad, that we didnt allow our kiddos to take a shower over the weekend. There was literal feces on shower curtain and wall. Sarcatic atiitudes with front staff when informed of issue. Moved to 3 different rooms because of constant mechanical problems in previous rooms between door not locking on exit and a/c not cooling. Im pretty laid back so there wasnt any 1 thing that was so bad, it was more of a lot of little things going wrong, however wont be foing back to any super 8.

Checking in they forced me to give them $100 cash before they would give me a key to the room. That’s after scanning my credit card for incidentals. There were hairs in the towels and long hair in the tub. Mold growing in the ceiling around the shower. A literal hole in the shower tub and cracks 12 to 14 inches long in the tub. Bathroom door had chips and cracks all over and needed painted battling. If I could read them zero stars I would. I will never stay at another super eight motel.
