Wonderful staff, good facilities but WiFi lacking

Strong shower
Decent gym
Generous breakfast
WiFi does not meet minimum required for a video call on either the room or the lobby

Publié le 20 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is super comfortable and safe, overall everything was great except one thing but it’s not a major issue which is the A/C doesn’t have a heater and it was so cold but they provided me with extra blankets, it was a cold stay, other than that everything was fine

Visiting home city with Dad, the hotel has the best view at Ras ElBar.

One of rare view to see river meets sea.
This location should be on the must see in Egypt.

Great location where the Nile river meets the Mediterranean Sea. Room 2029 2 double beds is excellent it’s near elevators and has a balcony where you can sea both the Nile and the Mediterranean. Breakfast buffet is loaded and chefs where helpful. Fast service over all. Room and premises are clean. It’s the best hotel in Damietta and serves local tourists mainly.

Wonderful!!!! Just improve terrace restaurant service communication. Offered what was not available, even in room service.

The location is nice as you get a beautiful view of the Nile river and Med sea.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms already feel a bit outdated as the hotel has been open for a few years now.
Not much dining options. Breakfast is ok, standard options.
