For the price, perhaps we should not expect much. The room was a bit dirty and in poor condition. There was no hot water. The window could not be closed because the AC was installed with its power cable drawn straight through the window. Loud noise from construction works outside made it in through the window at night. Staff was not service-minded or prepared. Checking in took around 15 minutes. They wanted me to pay double so I had to prove to them that I had already paid via hotels.com. I had to show my reservation multiple times, show my passport twice and tell them my phone number twice.
The room had no towels, not even small ones, and staff just said "no towel" when I asked. I even used Google Translate and showed pictures to make sure we were talking about the same thing.
During check-out, the clerk didn't even rise up from his chair on the other side of the room, but gestured for me to come to him instead of him coming to the reception. It may seem like small things to them but service levels as low as these are rare.
One upside is the location, which is quite central.
