third grade hotel

not recommeded at all. no internet, no breakfast was provided but eventhough it was included in the package. poor condition of bathroom. when you ask for room service, they ask you to pay for the food you ordered and not put to your hotel room....this is height of poor service.

This hotel is over rated as a four star hotel, it's more like a two star hotel. For starters, the room was supplied with only two towels, no bath soap, no shower sandals, no toothbrush or toothpaste, and other ammenities wich real four star hotels provide for their customers. The floor carpeting was dirty and coming apart. There was no such thing as cold water coming out from the water faucets, it was either hot or super hot. The living room furniture was filthy to say the least. The air conditioners were leaking, to were the floor was soak and wet. I do give them credit for sending a maintenance person to fix it in a short time. Also, they did offer me another room, however, we turned it down because the shower/bathtub was surrounded by mildew, and overall cleanliness was poor.
