Bad service stuff, very rude receptionist, no water or coffee machine at the room, when I asked for room service it takes more than an hour. even at the checkout, was very bad and I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was OK, The shower, cold water was very hot specially afternoon time, also the bed was not comforted enough, they hold cash deposit 300 SAR each day during my stay, they didn’t accept my visa and I have no idea why? (maybe they are following the old fashion). In General it’s not a bad experience
