After checking in and going to our room, we discovered dog food on the carpet and the wet bar counter. Upon further inspection of our room, we discovered that the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. The ice container was dirty and had old water in it. We also did not have a remote for the TV in the room. There also was dog hair that found its way onto my clothes; I do not have a dog. When the front staff was alerted, they were very apologetic and did their best to supply us with a remote and vacuum the room.

Very pleasant stay
The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. We had a spacious marina view room that was nice. Hotel is old and scheduled to be replaced so it’s understandable certain repairs haven’t been done.

I think the hotel is in need of upgrading some of the bathroom fixtures were old. The room is in need of painting and furniture updates. The customer service was good. The front desk person was friendly and remembered our names.

The check in went quickly and staff were helpful. But the mattress was hard, and the bathroom was not nice - old and grimy (sink - around the faucet). It needs to be updated. The breakfast room was really good and had lots of selection.
