Just okay
Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe’ve stayed in the same condo complex many times over the past few years. Total of five different units. This unit was okay, but not up to the standards of the other places.
I’ve grown to expect a higher quality for the price per night.
That all being said it was clean and equipped with all the basics and the complex is lovely.
No cable tv but had a streaming box that allowed us to stream content. Bed had a topper that provided for a comfortable sleep.

Needs major TLC

Neighbor in next unit has dog she can't control and gets into screaming matches with family members. Property Manager inappropriate with responses. Great location and friendly owners. See comments left by Lois in August and believe them.

Extremely Disappointed
Publié le 16 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayCondo was shabby, dark and buggy. We stayed 3 out of the 4 weeks and left. Conversations with Michael indicate he is fixing issues starting this winter, however, the rest of us who rented do not get the advantage of that.
Not in the habit of giving bad reviews, generally will not say anything, however, I felt this was necessary. Michael seems like a nice guy but apparently didn't pay attention to the condition of the unit.

Great location, bad amenities

Perfect for Price

Dana point condo review
Publié le 29 nov. 2020 sur HomeAwayMy husband needed a place to stay for a couple weeks while our home was being maintained. We had a lovely stay. The location and condo was nice and safe overall. The furnishing and kitchen supplies were not fancy but very adequate. The managers were very responsive and addressed minor requests right away. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay near Dana Point. Katherine
