Elevator broke down We were on 4th floor Luggage trolley tipsy
Staff were apologetic but couldn’t fix problem. Overhead manager saying didn’t get service on elevator until next day because of cost for emergency repair. Clearly had been not working on and off.

Very clean, super comfortable beds, soft sheets. Breakfast options were great.

I think the person’s name was Jared who checked me in. He was awesome. I was in for a funeral and he had such empathy. He gave me a bag with water, tissues, and candy. He also let me choose a snack. More people should be like him! The room was pretty noisy but I’ll still stay here because of my sense of safety and Jared.

We chose a “suite” so that we would have a sofa for reading and watching tv in the evening. The sofa needs to be replaced, quite uncomfortable, creaky.
Requested an extra pillow, non available.
