The wall needed a few repairs near the old door, and that door allowed such a frigid draft under it that we rolled a towel up and stuffed it the crack. Breakfast would have been an extra charge where we were staying (not something we understood when we booked, and with no coffee amenities in the room, this felt inhospitable. The walls are paper thin, and since the inn is near a hospital, we heard all traffic, including emergency vehicles as clearly as if we were in a tent. The windows' (white) blinds leak so much ambient, outside light that my husband and I were unable to get to sleep. Any sound from the couple in the room next to ours could be heard clearly. My husband and I tiptoed around, so as not to disturb them. The best I can say is that check in was easy--they left my key in a mailbox. The sheets were clean.
