Good hotel, but don't book if no Chinese

Whilst not speaking English is fine... not being able to understand at all the Hotels.com booking or the site or knowing anything about it is not. I had a photo of the booking.. and the page and the part written in Chinese and they still couldn't find it. Kept asking me the name of the site... what could i say? hotels .com... translating it to jiudian.com hardly helps does it??
They need to sort this out... accepting bookings from such a big site (not all hotels do) requires that they actually ... errr... know about it!!
