Ā Ā I stayed in at the resort for 8 nights, with my husband and 5 & 6 year old kids.Ā I wanted to start off by saying my five year old son had gotten food poisoning on our fourth evening we were there. He was awake all night SICK and we had to stay in the room for the whole of the next day! And needless to say he refused to eat at the resort remainder of our stay. Which letsĀ me get into the buffet area every time we walked into the restaurant to get our food there was never anything available. We would wait and wait and wait for the employees to replenish the food .We decided to get there early one day the lettuce was out but dressing came 45 minutes later, which is just one example. If we asked anybody for anything it was as if we were bothering them.Ā Plenty of attitude from the employees, they would have conversations with each other and act as if we werenāt even standing there! They would be on their phone and when we went up to the bar to get a drink, they would sigh with discussed because we were bothering them! One of your employees was even standing there popping her pimple on her face behind the bar!!! In the buffet area, there was always food on the ground. One evening, I walked in, and I slipped on what looked to be a french fry that was stepped on and smashed from somebody else and almost fell. On another evening we got back to the hotel after eating dinner out my son was hungry so I told my husband to go get a pizza. (Letās be safe,how bad can the pizza be) he went
