Très bon sejour super pour les golfeurs

Parfait pour un séjour en famille paradis pour les golfeurs rien a redire ... Préférez le grille plutôt que le Resto piscine super personnel super

Beautiful location, lovely facilities. My cottage had flimsy boards on the porch, which need replacing. My room was very nice, but also had some structural integrity issues. The floor was very wavy. The uneven floor made it impossible to close the bathroom door. (Thank goodness I was alone.)The HVAC units in the room were not working properly, but maintenance responded very quickly.

Det lugtede af mug. Opholdet var dyrt og det skulle være et “dyrt” sted men det mindede om et 2 stjernet hotel. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogle at besøge det!

Always prompt courteous service, always good food, always a helpful staff. The lodge Rooms are above reproach. The Executive suites are a bit dated, but still always clean and more than adequate. Enjoy the experience at Glade Sprongs.

The indoor pool was being renovated which was a principle reason we chose the stay. The rooms are dated with poor water pressure in the shower. The added resort fee was presented when we left and not charged before. The free breakfast meets the standard Quality, comfort and residence level and nothing more. I will not be using the resort in the future. Recommend not using the resort. High priced with lower delivery.

Hello Randolph, We apologize for falling short of your expectations and not delivering an exceptional experience. We wanted to get the indoor pool completed by the closing of the seasonal outdoor pool and it is opening back this week. We hope you were able to enjoy our outdoor pool while you were here. Our resort fee, along with any incidentals are all charged at check out. We are disappointed to see that you don't plan on returning but hope you will provide us another opportunity to serve you better on a future visit. Thank you for staying with us.

The resort grounds are beautiful. We stayed in their Executive Suites area. The entire atea looks old. From the veranda to the inside room, it looks old with stained and worn carpets, shower stall tub very old. Air conditioning was only running in the front room. It all needs updating to be worth the money. We also did not appreciate a $31.13 suprise charge on checking out for a Resort service charge under incidentals. Which we did not use.

We shared your feedback with our maintenance team to ensure the air conditioners are working properly and we are sorry to see that you were surprised about the resort service charge. This is an extra charge that is shown during the booking process. We include several amenities in the resort fee such as onsite shuttle service, access to the pools, fitness center, walking trails, basketball, fishing, outdoor tennis/pickleball, daily movies and more. We hope you'll be able to take advantage of these amenities during a future visit. We are also making updates in our Executive Suites and hope to show you our improvements.
