The building needs attention. The pool was not in service, and it doesn't look like it has been for a while.

Staff was great and friendly beds were clean room needed better cleaning no elevator and the pool down was a major inconvenience traveling with 4 kids we came a day early just so they can swim and get that energy out. So having 4 kids between two rooms with no way to get out that energy put a major damper on the trip. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Only complaint was check in was 3 pm, and we had to sit in the Lobby with all our bags for an hour because our room was not cleaned.

1st the security device on door was missing , the smoke detector was missing ,missing cover on light fixture in bathroom , no bathroom fan , dirty substance on desktop, which I had to clean /scrape off with plastic spoon . Fridge was noisy , the whole room was shaking from what seemed to be washing machine down the hall ( off ballance) , no elevators !!!!
Check in was a joke !! Took 10 minutes ( the woman didn’t know what she was doing apparently ! When the gentleman took over it was much better , not much better. For 108 dollars it was the WORST .. will be inquiring on a refund .
