The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was well laid out for all six of us to be comfortable in the same space. Each staff member we interacted with was both friendly and professional. The breakfast included quite a few different options (all of the ones we tried were tasty). The breakfast staff was especially kind. The pool was small but well maintained and open! (We used it more than once.) Would recommend.

A unexpected pleasure! The room was amazing. The check-in people were amazing. The person serving the breakfast was amazing. Clean, friendly, breakfast warm and plentiful. Everyone was beyond courteous and a pleasure to talk to. If I was to say one negative thing, it would be the bathroom door stuck. It was a sliding door and it was hard to get it open and closed. Also, it would be so nice if there had been a shuttle to take us to and from the casino, other than that, we are looking at coming back again

The lady that made breakfast was super kind, and was wonderful with our daughter. The room had dirty counters when we arived but everything else was fabulous. I had reservations for the wrong day and they easley helped us.

The breakfast selection was great the room was super clean and nicely decorated. When I had an issue with the Keurig they were there so fast! They had me all squared away in no time! I want to come back.

The property overall was clean. The night desk clerk has a horrible personality. Not friendly and when you ask for something it seems like you're bothering her. The breakfast staff, she was top notch! Kept the breakfast area very clean and fresh. Very good with my grandchildren! The room had a few issues. The curtains had stains on them, there was urine splatters on the wall next to the toilet, there was an old toothbrush on top of the closet, and there was stains on the comforters. We had some of our own bedding so it wasn't a huge deal I did however inform the morning shift front desk clerk about these issues. I would stay here again. I wish the suite would have been a true suite though. It was plenty big enough for us (3 adults &4 kids) to stay. The bathroom was very small.

There was a terrible smell when I arrived. I believe it was something outside but it filled the hotel. By morning it wasn't so bad. The shower was really gross. I hadn't checked it out when I first arrived so didn't realize how bad it was until morning. I couldn't even use it due to the filth. I have tried to load photos but it won't work.
