There was a terrible smell when I arrived. I believe it was something outside but it filled the hotel. By morning it wasn't so bad. The shower was really gross. I hadn't checked it out when I first arrived so didn't realize how bad it was until morning. I couldn't even use it due to the filth.
I have tried to load photos but it won't work.

Hello Charlotte, I apologize for the appearance of the shower floor. We are in the process of resurfacing the non-slip floors due to wear and discoloration. They tend to discolor over time. Even though they are cleaned well after each check out the appearance is still discolored. Thank you for your feedback and your business.
