Housekeeping does not refresh or service rooms. We even requested room to be but wound up asking for toilet paper because there was no housekeeping during our 4 day stay.

When there is a DND on the door we are not allowed to enter the room, the housekeeper did ask if you wanted service, and you said no.

Enjoyed the pool. Plenty of hot water to shower.
