It was a good solid mid-range hotel experience. The bay view was great to wake up to, and there was a balcony too. All staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. There were good places to walk the dogs. Location was perfect for us, breaking up a long road trip. The pool looked great & made me wish I had time to swim.

We stayed in three different hotels in our recent trip to the Gulf Coast (AL and MS) and the Hampton Inn was by far the best. Front desk staff was sincerely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was yummy and had a lot to choose from. We had a balcony from which we could see Mobile Bay. Liked the traditional layout of the room as the two previous hotels had frosted glass doors on the bathroom, which faced the room, rather than a traditional hard door.

Bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed in H
handicap access room which we did not need. The water from shower basically flooded the bathroom floor.

We thank you business! So sorry we could not move you to a regular room versus the handicap room that you chose. We will check the shower but a ledge is not allowed so that a wheelchair can navigate freely with no bumps in the ADA Compliant Room. Please reach out we can get you a wonderful Bayside Room with a Tub Next time! It's always our pleasure, Jim
