We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the start of April for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and obliging and when we requested a room change, it was no trouble. We had booked breakfast and there was plenty of choice - from continental to Swahili. Thank you Crowne Plaza for a lovely stay.

I did not find that this property supports customers and was not contacted when I had issues with my reservation.
