The service personal was friendly and outstanding, very customer orientated. Although I had to leave earlier than I had planned they organized a quick check out and charged me no additional fee. Remarkable.

The hotel is in a location that is pure chaos and needs a lot of repair AC was noisy and the building looks nothing like the photos

Thank you for your feedback, we wish you would have informed our Front Desk who are there 24 hours at your service to shift your room if your AC was noisy. We would have happily shifted your room, we also have technician in house to sort small small issues in the room.KIndly advise which room were you staying in so we do the check up again for our future guestsRegards

City centre location, less than 5mins walk.from where the bus to Dar Es Salaam departs/arrives.
Breakfast ok.
Room was clean and comfortable and was good value for money.

Room was so small bathroom door was not getting lock bad smell in room and bed.

I love this property. Been staying here since the early 2000s. Cheap, close to city city, and to all that Dar Es Salaam has to offer.
I love the evening street meal just outside the hotel. From nyama choma to all the flovored India, Arabic, and persian cuisines. All at the lowest price anybody can afford.
I will be there everytime I visit Dar Es Salaam.
