Restaurant staff
Publié le 28 août 2017 sur ExpediaMajority of the restaurant staff do not know how to (re)set the tables and generally how to serve guests. The hotel either needs to invest in training them or hire more motivated and trained staff.

A jewel in Dar es Salaam
Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWe loved White Sands Resort. We were six people in two one-bedroom apartments with a connecting door, just perfect for us. The kitchens were convenient, however one was not stocked at all and the other just had a few plates and a couple of forks and spoons. We didn't plan to do much cooking so didn't say anything about it, but probably the staff would have responded had we asked.
Otherwise, the stay was perfect with excellent air conditioning and two pools plus lovely beach walks to choose from. Breakfast buffet was remarkable and got us started each day!

Utrolig vakker beliggenhet. Alle rom har balkong og sjøutsikt. Nydelig mat.

Ekstremt mye søppel på stranda. Og så mye skitt og søppel i sjøen at jeg tror det er farlig å bade der. Veldig trist på et så vakkert sted.

Beautiful spot, very relaxing, nice beach, good breakfast and dinner. Loved the avocado-tomato-salad with a dressing of passion fruit.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Amazing place, beautiful beach, nice people, quiet and relaxing, good breakfast and Dinner.
