Welcome at hote was impressive with humble and well mannered staff However while booking the hotel rooms and balcony shown photos on website are misleading - we were at first floor and balcony was not at all of any use Though we had booked for Delux room, it is not clear that premium rooms at on 3/4 floor … so no booking for Delux rooms from online ,, will be a great disappointment

Lovely hotel, amazing staff

Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out.
