Ideally situated on the edge of the CBD in a peaceful, leafy neighbourhood, this single level, three-bedroom bungalow provides an ideal base for discovering the capital's eateries, city sights and natural attractions.

A bright, open plan layout is designed for the tropics, with louvre windows and tiled floors throughout. A comfortable living area provides the ideal space to kick back and unwind with a movie, with oversized lounges providing ample seating. Sliding glass doors open out to a spacious patio area complete with sandstone paving, where you can enjoy pool days while having a BBQ by the alfresco dining setting.

If you'd prefer to eat indoors, choose between the six-seater table or sit at the kitchen island, where bar stools provide a casual dining option. The central kitchen offers all that is needed to cook up a family feast, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils.

The master bedroom and second bedroom both feature queen-size beds, with the third bedroom offering two single beds. The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe, while the main bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. The separate laundry area features a washing machine.

Other conveniences include a dedicated workspace, split system air-conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout, and parking spaces for three cars on the premises.
