Room was freezing and no blanket available. I was overseas when booked and informed the hotel I would be arriving outside checkin hours. I had to have a friend ring the hotel to get the information to get into the room. They did not give me the information needed.

This accomodation is budget, with your own transport it is not difficult to get to wherever you want to go. It's a pity the restaurant is closed down. I've stayed before and would stay again but not if I was travelling with my wife.

The website photos did not reflect the poor conditions of the unit we paid for. The unit had a bad odour and was very hot on arriving.
We had to wait 45 minutes with other people also waiting as we had not received the promised code to get keys from lockers.
The air con was inadequate and turned off when we went out during the day.
The fridge was poorly maintained/cleaned and leaked water onto the floor overnight. The appliances in the kitchen cupboard were dirty and had a bad smell. The couch was dirty and covered in stains. The mattress and bed linen were dirty and the disabled shower was unsafe due to water not draining away properly.
