Great value but a little out of town unless you have a car - otherwise we were very happy

Was on 12th floor so wonderful views. Lifts very slow and bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Great breakfast and rooftop bar was great with 369degree views so sunset was awesome. Staff very helpful and friendly

The place was ok. It had all the facilities and was clean but really old.
Good restaurant and rooftop bar but old.
Very expensive for what it was. The photographer did a great job.

Nice large living area. Let down by poorly designed shower/ toilet. Area wasn’t user friendly despite it being a large space. Simply having the door open on the opposite side would make the area work better

Good location, great views and sunset from rooftop, spacious apartment and balcony, regular supply of fresh linen.
Lack of lounges at pool.
Extra effort on cleaning - cobwebs in bathroom and cigarette butts in balcony ash tray on arrival.

We stayed four nights in a junior one-bedroom suite. The room was spacious with full kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The aircon was good until it broke - but we were quickly moved to another room and all was good. These things happen, staff were on to it straight away (though they are a little under-resourced at night with only one person on duty). The property is located a bit out of the main drag so without a car is a good walk for groceries and not so easy in the heat. There is an excellent roof top bar with a great view of Darwin city and the harbour, a lovely vibe at sunset and in the evening. The breakfast deal was good and again the staff very efficient and friendly. The one down-side is that there are only 2 lifts in a 16 storey building which means you need to factor waiting times, particularly at peak time like breakfast, check-out and sunset up to the bar.
