Beautiful newly renovated apartment near the Baltic Sea

Welcome,

You can leave the stressful everyday life behind you in our completely newly equipped and renovated apartment and relax a little with us.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a living space of 56 m².
It offers space for a maximum of 2 people.

Non smoking apartment

You enter the hall via the entrance, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the right hand side you will reach the living area with open kitchen and fireplace. When you walk through the kitchen, there is the back exit on the left to the terrace with a grill and a small lawn to end the evening comfortably.
Straight ahead is a utility room and on the right is a small cozy bedroom.

In front of the house you can park your car in a separate parking space free of charge.

The small town of Dassow is located directly on Dassower See and is close to the health resorts of Travemünde (approx. 9 km away) and Boltenhagen (approx. 23 km away), which you can easily reach via a beautiful bike path on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar can be reached in about half an hour by car.
One of the most beautiful natural beaches in Mecklenburg awaits you at a distance of approx. 6 km.
For extensive bike tours z. B. on the Baltic Sea Cycle Path you can enjoy this beautiful landscape.

Mit dem Rad unterwegs

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Ostsee-Woche mit einer perfekten Ferienwohnung in Dassow, mit bestem Fahrrad-Wetter, mit tollen, gut ausgeschilderten Radwegen, vielen schönen Ecken rund um Travemünde, Lübeck, Boltenhagen und Schwerin und mega-schönen Eindrücken. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Trip nach Dassow war für uns ein voller Erfolg. Eine tolle Wohnung, die geschmackvoll und mit allem, was erforderlich war, ausgestattet war. Wir haben die Abende am/vorm Ofen sehr entspannt genossen. Unsere Spaziergänge haben uns an die Ostsee gezogen, wo wir wenig Menschen, dafür aber viel Natur ,begegnet‘ sind.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und auch der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr schön waren unsere Ausflüge mit unserem Hund zum Strand nach Boltenhagen, nach Travemünde, Priwall und Wismar. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!!

Es war rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir waren 8 Tage in Dassow. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut bezaubernd und für ein Paar ideal. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei.Auch das war optimal, da das Grundstück eingezäunt und uneinsehbar ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine Rundum tolle FeWo! Alles ist modern, sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand! Mit der Terrassentür und dem umzäunten Garten auch perfekt für Hunde geeignet. Auf jeden Fall unsere Anlaufstelle Nr.1 in der Gegend.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an einer größeren Straße.

Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. Deshalb ist das Schlafen bei gekippten Fenster gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles top!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit abgeschlossenem Hof und seperatem Eingang

Es ist eine sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, der abgeschlossene Hof ist ideal für Hunde. Es ist ein Schuppen für Fahrräder und ein Stellplatz für einen PKW vorhanden. Das kostenlose Wlan ist sehr schnell, der Fernseher modern, auch ein Grill und ein Kaminofen können genutzt werden.

Bezaubernd

Wir hatten hier eine wundervolle Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Zum Bäcker oder an den Hundestrand ist es auch nicht ganz so weit. (alles mit dem Auto). Für uns war es ein wundervoller und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann mal wierder

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung für zwei. Gut isoliert, ideal an heißen Sommertagen. Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Liegt an einer Durchgangstrasse. Reger Verkehr tagsüber, nachts nicht störend.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 6 Tage dort, die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sowie der „ Check-In“ waren super einfach und nett. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt wie Gewürze, Lappen, Handtücher, Öl , Spüli etc. sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-)

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Unterkunft entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Schade, dass wir den Außenbereich nicht - dafür den Ofen aber jeden Abend nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ab haus ideal gelegen. Nett auch die weihnachtliche Beleuchtung. Der Check In war sehr unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

dort würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen

Alles klappte reibungslos von der Buchung bis zum Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch unser Hund, konnte sich auf dem umzäunten Grundstück frei bewegen. Einfach ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.
